What is your refund policy?
Tickets are usually non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed. In all cases please contact your ticket agent.
How do I get tickets when buying online?
They are usually emailed to you from your ticket provider.
I haven’t received my tickets, what do I do?
If this happens, contact your ticket agent. If it is very close to the event and you still haven’t received your ticket, also check with the venue as we may be able to check and sort this for you.
Where should I park and is parking free?
We have a small car park at the back of our venue for staff and artists. You will need a permit to park here.

Can I bring my own food and drink?
No sorry. We have fully licensed bars available and we serve food on select events. Please check individual events for any food choices.
Will re-entry be allowed?
We do not allow re-entry except in certain circumstances. Please speak to the door staff.
What time do doors open?
All events vary, so please check individual events for details of opening times.
Can tickets be bought at the door/gate/entrance?
This depends on each event. If the event is not sold out then they will be available at the door, but please check online first.
If food is sold, do you cater to different dietary requirements?
Yes we do cater for different dietary requirements. Please speak to a member of staff for more information and options.
What food will be sold at the event?
Food is not served at all events so please check the event page for further information beforehand.
Is the venue disabled friendly & does it have lifts/toilets?
Yes all the venues are disabled friendly and have toilets.
Can I bring a motorised scooter/wheelchair to 2Funky’s events?
Sorry but we do not have any space inside our venues to store scooters/ wheelchairs, however they may be parked outside.
What about blind or visually impaired people?
Please let the venue know in advance if you require anything for your visit, so they can be more prepared and helpful. Let us know by emailing info@2funkycompex.co.uk
Can I bring my assistance dog?
We don’t allow dogs in our venues but if it is an assistance dog, then we can try and accommodate this. Please get in touch beforehand so we are aware and can talk to you about this.
I lost something at the show, what do I do?
Please email the venue at info@2funkycomplex.co.uk with a full, detailed description of the item you have lost, the time, the date, the event name and which particular venue you lost the item. We will aim to sort this as soon as possible for you.

What fees will I be charged e.g. booking fees?
Most ticket agents charge a 10% commission fee.
Are cameras allowed?
Most of the time this is fine, but occasionally the artist may refuse the audience to take pictures or film.
When and where can I collect my tickets?
At our reception / box office.
What if I’ve lost or damaged my ticket or it’s been stolen?
We cannot guarantee entry but if you contact the venue or your ticket provider, with as much notice as possible, then we may be able to replace your ticket.
Do you have a cloakroom?
Yes we do. There is a £2 charge.
How can I give feedback or make a complaint before, during or after a show?
You can ask to speak to a member of management at the event. But, if this is not possible please email info@2funkycomplex.co.uk with full details of the complaint or feedback and we will be in touch within 48 hours.
Is there strobe/flashing lighting or pyrotechnics?
Some events do have strobe/ flashing lighting and pyrotechnics, so please contact the venue in advance for any information, regarding this.
What cards or methods of payment are accepted?
Cash, debit and credit cards are all valid. However, for ticket entry it is normally cash only.
Is there a cashpoint nearby?
Yes there is a cashpoint located at the Tesco’s store opposite the venue.
Can I smoke an e-cigarette or vape?
You cannot smoke at all inside the venue, but we do have a beer garden where you are free to smoke.
Can I bring my medication with me?
If it is necessary you may, but please keep all your prescribed medication in a sealed package and make the venue aware that you have this on you. It is also best to contact the venue beforehand, especially if your medication contains sharp needles and the like. If you require any special medical-related requirements, please let us know in advance too.
